Registered Nurse (RN), Wound Healing Center, Part time, 9am-5:30pm

About the role

Provides direct nursing care including assessments, care plans, education, and evaluations for assigned patients. Performs patient duties necessary to maintain the flow of patient care as well as coordinates the delivery of care provided by other care team members and disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patients' conditions and develops care plans accordingly.
• Conducts patient education sessions to ensure patients understand their treatment options and self-care responsibilities.
• Evaluates patient progress and adjusts care plans as needed.
• Maintains a smooth workflow by managing patient care tasks efficiently.
• Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current California RN license.
• Current Basic Life Support Card.
• One year Medical/Surgical nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
• Wound care experience preferred.
