Wound Care RN | Part Time

About the role

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality. Coordinates care with other departments and evaluates the effectiveness of care provided by team members.

Responsibilities

• Administers wound care
• Monitors patient progress
• Performs duties aligned with organizational standards and values
• Maintains documentation
• Ensures compliance with licensure and certification requirements

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current RN licensure
• At least 1 year of wound care experience
• Certified in Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association or completes certification within 30 days of hire

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to perform tasks requiring reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting
