About the role
The successful candidate will join our team as a day shift, full-time, Outpatient (OP) Wound Care Registered Nurse (RN) in Tulsa, OK.
Responsibilities
- Achieve the primary function of Registered Nurse in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the care of patients at the Advanced Wound Center (AWC) in a case management model that includes a holistic approach to a defined and assigned case of wound care patients.
- Work under the supervision of the Director.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- OK Board of Nursing, RN License
- BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care
- Minimum of 2 years medical/surgical experience
Preferred Requirements
- Wound Care experience
