About the Role

Join our team as a day shift, full-time Outpatient (OP) Wound Care Registered Nurse (RN) in Tulsa, OK. Under the supervision of the Director, the Wound Care RN performs the primary function of Registered Nurse in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of patients at the Advanced Wound Center (AWC) in a case management model that includes a holistic approach to a defined and assigned case of wound care patients.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the Advanced Wound Center (AWC).
  • Provide care in a case management model with a holistic approach to wound care patients.

  • Significant lifting is required.

Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
  • Oklahoma Board of Nursing, RN License.
  • BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
  • Minimum of 2 years medical/surgical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Wound Care experience.
