About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive nursing care in a collaborative healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans based on patient assessments and physician prescriptions.
• Provide physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and their families.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques.
• Monitor patient progress, evaluate outcomes, and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Ensure a safe, compliant environment by adhering to infection control, medication, and safety protocols.
• Document patient care accurately and maintain equipment and supplies.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Effective communication skills, visual acuity, and the ability to work within a team.
• Preferred 1–3 years of clinical experience.
