We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and resident care in Argyle, NY.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling and assigning nursing staff to meet resident needs
- Providing support and fostering a compassionate environment for residents and families
- Answering questions and sharing information with residents and staff
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant working environment
- Handling confidential resident information to ensure privacy and confidence
- Documenting resident care services accurately
- Promoting collaboration among healthcare team members
Qualifications
- Valid RN license
- At least 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Familiarity with EHR and prescribing programs
- Excellent communication and basic computer skills
