Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to nursing staff during weekend shifts.
- Ensure quality resident care and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Maintain knowledge of infection control protocols and regulatory compliance.
- Manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in long-term care.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
