About the Role
The Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor serves as the clinical leader responsible for overseeing resident care operations during weekend shifts. They supervise nursing staff, ensure adherence to care standards, and coordinate with physicians and other departments.
Responsibilities
- Direct activities related to quality assurance, infection control, and utilization review.
- Make regular rounds to assess residents' physical and behavioral conditions.
- Supervise nursing staff and coordinate care programs.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure.
- Minimum of two years of nursing experience.
- One year of supervisory experience.
- Strong organizational and clerical skills.
- Capacity to manage personnel and coordinate care programs.
