We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and ensure quality resident care in Argyle, NY.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling and assigning nursing staff to meet resident needs
- Providing compassionate support to residents and families
- Answering questions and sharing information with residents and staff
- Maintaining a safe, clean environment by enforcing rules
- Managing confidential resident information
- Documenting resident care services
- Fostering teamwork among healthcare providers
Qualifications and skills
- Valid RN license
- At least 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care
- Strong leadership and positive team management skills
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and prescribing programs
- Excellent communication and basic computer skills
