Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor

Eastern Healthcare is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
• Maintain the highest degree of quality care at all times under the direction of the Director of Nursing.

Requirements

• Current state RN license.
• Current/active CPR certification.
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift fifty (50) or more pounds; physical work constitutes more than 70% of the job.
• Able to stand and/or walk for more than four (4) hours per day.
• Able to bend and/or stoop for more than one (1) hour at a time.

Pay

• Base hourly rate: $40–$44.
• Shift differentials: $2.00/hour for 3p–11p shift, $1.50/hour for 11p–7a shift.
• 1.5X holiday pay.
• 1.5X overtime pay for every hour worked over 40 hours per week.
• Referral bonus when a referred candidate joins the team.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid in two increments (after 90 days and 6 months of employment).
