Position: Registered Nurse (EVOR RN) Role & Responsibilities: Utilize the nursing process and conceptual framework to provide patient care, ensure patient rights and confidentiality, and collaborate with surgical teams and departments. Maintain professional accountability and adhere to mission, values, and standards. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN)Current RN licensure for the state or compact licensure, maintained activelyMinimum of six months nursing experienceBasic Life Support (BLS) certification, obtained within 30 days of hireAdditional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, PALS, or unit-specific credentials may be requiredPhysical ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform tasks requiring reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting Key Duties: Coordinate patient care with surgical teams, maintain patient rights, and perform duties aligned with organizational standards and values.
