Registered Nurse (RN) Urgent Care Clinic

About the role

Lourdes West Pasco Urgent Care is seeking a Full-time RN to join our dynamic team. This position offers 3x12 shifts with a minimum of 1 weekend per month. There is potential for growth and advancement within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.
• Administers medications, collects specimens, performs clinical treatments, and coordinates patient care.
• Documents patient care, monitors patient condition, and communicates with the care team, physician, patient, and family.
• Aids patients with daily activities, educates patients and families about their health, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams.
• Evaluates patient learning needs and provides appropriate education.
• Works as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of patients.

Requirements

• Current state RN license.
• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Nursing (preferred).
• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• One year of clinic RN experience preferred.

Pay

$37.92 - $70.05 per hour, with a shift differential of $2.25 - $4.50.

What We're Looking For

Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a bachelor's degree or associate degree from an accredited nursing school.
