We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to oversee daily operations of a nursing unit, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervising staff
- Developing and implementing policies
- Mentoring less experienced nurses
- Maintaining care standards
- Reviewing resident records and quality of care
- Monitoring overall resident well-being
- Addressing resident or family concerns
- Representing the unit to upper management
Qualifications
- Valid State RN License
- Preferred: 3 years of experience in Long Term Care
- Preferred: 2 years of experience as a Charge Nurse
- Strong computer proficiency
- Excellent communication skills
