Responsibilities
The Union Hospital Emergency Department seeks nurses who thrive in a fast‑paced environment with a thirst for knowledge to work in a community‑based ED. The successful candidate must be comfortable caring for all ages and populations. We look for a flexible nurse with a team‑oriented approach to patient care, working closely with providers to deliver excellent quality of care and patient safety.
Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of Maryland or a compact state
- Associate’s Nursing Degree; BSN preferred
- Minimum two years of nursing experience (acute care preferred)
- BLS certification required
- ACLS and PALS preferred – must be obtained within 1 year of hire
