About the role

We are seeking regional travel registered nurses (RN) who are committed to creating meaningful patient experiences. As a regional travel RN you will evaluate patients, create care plans, and communicate with patients, families, and the care team. You will travel throughout your designated region, potentially staying overnight for extended periods, to ensure every patient receives quality care while having access to supportive leadership and professional development opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary care team.
  • Travel to patient locations throughout the assigned region as directed by your supervisor.
  • Stay overnight at patient sites when required.
  • Maintain high standards of quality care for all patients.
  • Utilize leadership support and professional development resources to advance your practice.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state RN license.
  • Minimum two years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting.
  • At least one year of hospice experience.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift 80–100 lb, bearing the weight of an average adult.
  • A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care.
