Registered Nurse (RN) - Temp $65 Night Shift

About the role
This is a temporary, full-time assignment through corporate payroll (not an agency contract). The position is a 13-week contract with the option to convert to full-time employment based on performance. A $15,000 conversion bonus is offered, paid out half at 6 months and half at 12 months of full-time employment.
Pay
$65 per hour. Benefits and health insurance are not included during the 13-week contract but will be available upon conversion to full-time employment.
Schedule
Full-time only: three 12-hour shifts per week (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) with an every-other-weekend rotation (Saturday and Sunday). No schedule changes will be accepted. Must be available to work the full 13 weeks consecutively, start within 2–3 weeks, and attend a mandatory Monday–Friday orientation (no adjustments permitted).
Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, evaluate, and document all aspects of patient care in accordance with regulatory requirements, hospital policies, and organizational values and philosophy.
- Assess patient needs and initiate, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care.
- Ensure continuity of care by collaborating effectively with other shifts and departments.
- Maintain positive working relationships with other nursing units and departments.
- Participate in staff education, record maintenance, and skill development.
- Demonstrate exceptional compassion and a passion for quality patient care, particularly for underserved populations.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana.
- One year of experience in mental health, behavioral health, med-surg, critical care, or ER nursing preferred.
