- Days, 3×12-hour shifts (7a–7p)
- Rotating holidays
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Provide direct patient care within the scope of practice.
- Direct and guide patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of care in the Telemetry Unit.
- Directly responsible and accountable for the care given to assigned patients.
- Communicate with the physician about changes in the patient’s clinical condition, including cardiac monitoring, results of diagnostic studies, and symptomatology.
- Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition and/or response to treatment.
Qualifications
- Current and valid state RN License.
- Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
- Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire.
- Current ACLS certificate within 30 days of hire and maintain current.
- Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred.
- Ventilator Management experience preferred.
- Medical-Surgical Nurse-Board Certified (RN-BC) or similar certification preferred.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Pay
Reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $35.35 to $53.58 per hour. The exact starting compensation will be determined based on skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
Sign-on bonus of $10,000 available for qualified candidates. Eligibility and payout terms apply; details discussed during the interview process.
