Registered Nurse (RN) - Telemetry

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Telemetry Role & Responsibilities: Provide direct clinical care to telemetry patients, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care per shift and unit needs. Supervise staff, ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate care, and support resource management. Maintain competency in age-specific nursing skills and adhere to hospital policies, standards, and state regulations. Qualifications & Skills: Current RN license, graduate of an accredited nursing school. No prior experience required. Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing. Certifications include BLS (mandatory), ACLS (within 3 months for specific units), CPI (within 3 months for certain departments), and PALS (within 3 months for emergency-focused roles). Key Duties: Assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with legal and institutional standards to deliver high-quality care in a telemetry setting.
