Responsibilities

• Manage and provide patient care activities for a group of patients and their families through application of independent judgment, communication and collaboration with all team members including ancillary and support services
• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with physicians and other health care providers
• Delegate, assess, provide and evaluate patient care
• Provide and delegate patient care activities to team members
• Monitor patient progress and prepare patient for discharge
• Report directly to senior unit management and participate in shared decision-making activities

Qualifications

• Graduation from a school of nursing required
• BSN preferred
• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Michigan required
• American Heart Association (AHA) BLS required

Pay

Up to $25,000 Sign on Bonus, based on relevant experience
