Registered Nurse (RN) - Telemetry

About the Role

Provides direct clinical patient care, including assessment, planning, and implementation of care on a shift and unit level. Supervises staff delegation to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, supporting clinical staff competency and resource management. Coordinates and integrates patient care based on the nursing process, ensuring safety, risk management, quality improvement, and infection control standards. Administers medications safely and timely, and fulfills hospital incident command system responsibilities during emergencies or disasters.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of safe, cost-effective nursing care.
• Coordinate patient care within medical regimes.
• Support emergency preparedness and response protocols.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school.
• Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice nursing, including CPR.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Nursing.
• Recent acute care experience.
• Certifications such as AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, or NRP.
