Responsibilities

• Deliver safe patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Provide direct patient care within the scope of practice in the Med/Surg/Telemetry Unit.
• Direct and guide patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of care.
• Communicate with the physician about changes in the patient’s clinical condition, including cardiac monitoring, results of diagnostic studies, and symptomatology.
• Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition and/or response to treatment.

Requirements

• Current and valid state RN License.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Current ACLS certificate within 30 days of hire and maintain current.
• Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire.
• Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred.
• Ventilator Management experience preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Pay

The estimated compensation for this role is $57.22 per hour. The exact starting compensation will be determined based on factors such as skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.

Schedule

Per Diem, Day Shift.
