Registered Nurse (RN) - Surgical Care

About the Role

The RN Clinical Nurse is an integral member of an interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care. They perform the nursing process, utilizing evidence-based standards, and adapt care to meet individual, cultural, and population-specific needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and document safe patient care.
• Foster teamwork through effective communication.
• Support performance improvement initiatives.
• Serve as preceptors or mentors for staff.
• Promote evidence-based practice.
• Participate in research activities.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
• Proactively plan patient care, develop protocols, and optimize resource use.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of RN experience.
• Valid RN license (single or multi-state).
• BLS certification.
• At least an Associates or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred).
