About the Role

The RN Clinical Nurse is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team, delivering high-quality, safe, patient-centered care based on evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing processes including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Partner with patients and families, ensuring culturally sensitive, personalized care.
• Coordinate and document safe, effective care, promoting teamwork and respectful communication.
• Support professional development by mentoring and participating in performance improvement activities.
• Promote evidence-based practice, research, and adherence to policies and standards.
• Contribute to resource planning, protocol development, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Comply with organizational policies and uphold safety and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Nursing degree (Bachelor’s preferred).
• RN license (single-state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification.
• Minimum 5 years of RN experience, with direct patient care preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficient in technology and capable of functioning effectively in a fast-paced environment.
