Registered Nurse (RN) - Surgery

About the role

Raleigh General Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to support patients and community members in its 300-bed facility.

Responsibilities

• Supports patients and families in activities of daily living.
• Documents patient care and communicates patient condition to the care team.
• Assists with medication administration and clinical treatments.
• Evaluates patient learning needs and provides appropriate education.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Works as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of patients.

Requirements

• Current RN license to practice in the state of Kentucky.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Associate's degree in Nursing required.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required within 6 months of hire.
