Responsibilities

• Assigning and coordinating nursing staff to meet resident needs

• Ensuring a safe, clean, and compliant work environment
• Maintaining confidentiality and managing documentation of care services
• Fostering teamwork among healthcare professionals

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Valid RN license
• At least 3 years of Long-Term Care experience
• Strong leadership and positive team management abilities
• Familiarity with EHR and prescribing programs
• Excellent communication and basic computer skills
