About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for a full-time night shift role, overseeing resident care in a rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling and assigning nursing staff to meet resident needs
- Providing compassionate support to residents and families
- Answering questions and sharing information with residents and staff
- Maintaining a safe, clean environment by enforcing regulations
- Managing confidential resident information and documentation of care
- Fostering teamwork among healthcare staff
Requirements
- Valid RN license is required
- At least 3 years of experience in long-term care
- Strong leadership and positive team management skills
- Familiarity with EHR and prescribing programs
- Excellent communication and basic computer skills
