About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor in Argyle, NY with a shift from 11 P.M. to 7 A.M.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling and assigning nursing staff to meet resident care needs
- Providing compassionate support to residents and families
- Addressing questions and requests from residents and staff
- Maintaining a safe, clean environment by enforcing regulations
- Monitoring confidential information to ensure resident confidence
- Managing documentation of resident care services
- Fostering cooperation among healthcare team members
Qualifications
- Valid RN license
- At least 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care
- Strong leadership skills as a Team Director
- Familiarity with EHR and prescribing programs
- Excellent communication and basic computer skills
