Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign nursing staff to meet resident care needs
• Provide support to residents and families to foster a compassionate environment
• Respond to resident and staff inquiries with relevant information
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment by enforcing rules and regulations
• Manage confidential resident information to ensure privacy and confidence
• Document resident care services accurately and thoroughly
• Promote teamwork and cooperation among healthcare staff

Requirements

• Valid RN license
• At least 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care
• Strong leadership qualities to direct and motivate staff
• Familiarity with EHR and prescribing programs
• Excellent communication skills and basic computer proficiency
