Job Summary
Premier Genesee, a leading senior care provider in Batavia, NY, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team.Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care and supervision to our skilled nursing team, ensuring that all residents receive the highest level of care and attention.
- Lead and manage a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
- Provide clinical guidance, education, and support to team members to address patient needs and concerns.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and optimize patient outcomes.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and patient satisfaction.
- Mentor and coach team members to promote professional growth, development, and job satisfaction.
Requirements
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with current licensure in the State of New York.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar nursing leadership role.
- Strong clinical knowledge and experience in a skilled nursing setting.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate and respectful approach to patient care.
