About the Role

As a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our nursing team, ensuring that patients receive exceptional care and attention. You will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding junior nurses, implementing evidence-based practices, and promoting a positive professional environment. Your expertise and leadership skills will enable our team to deliver compassionate care that meets the unique needs of each patient.

Schedule

  • Full-Time: Monday – Friday 3:00pm – 11:00pm
  • PRN opportunities also available

Responsibilities

  • Clinical Leadership: Provide guidance and oversight to the nursing team, ensuring that patient care is delivered in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Team Management: Supervise and mentor nursing staff, conducting performance evaluations, and implementing strategies to improve patient outcomes.
  • Quality Improvement: Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to identify areas for improvement, implement changes, and monitor outcomes.
  • Patient Advocacy: Work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure that patient needs are met and their voices are heard.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with patient care, adhering to regulatory guidelines and standards.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least [insert minimum years of experience] years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong background in clinical leadership and nursing management.
