About the role
This position oversees, coordinates, assigns, directs, and prioritizes the work of nursing staff members to ensure the efficient operation of the nursing unit.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the work of nursing staff members
- Assign tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- Direct nursing operations to ensure efficient unit performance
Qualifications
- Valid RN License in the State of Connecticut
- One year of experience in acute care and/or long-term care in a skilled nursing facility preferred, not required
- Proficiency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing, required
