Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch, compassionate, resident-centered care
• Build genuine relationships with residents and their families
• Lead and support nursing staff
• Help maintain a safe, caring, and positive environment

Qualifications

• Active, valid New Jersey RN License
• 2+ years of nursing experience
• Previous supervision experience in an LTC facility
• High School Diploma required
• Reliable, passionate, and dedicated
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent work ethic and leadership abilities

Pay

Earn up to $100,000/year salary based on experience and licensure.

Schedule

Full-time opportunities available: 2nd shift + every other weekend; 3rd shift + every other weekend.
