About the role
AristaCare is seeking an RN Supervisor responsible for overseeing the day-to-day nursing activities within the facility.
Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing the facility.
- Implement and maintain high-quality care standards as per the directives of the Director of Nursing Services.
- Delegated administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability for assigned duties.
Requirements
- Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved RN program.
- Active, unencumbered RN license for the state of New Jersey.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related health care facility.
- Minimum 12 months training experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.

- Full Time: 11-7
- Per Diem: 7-3, 3-11, 11-7 (Sat night and Sun night)
