About the role
Nurse Supervisor (RN) position available for a shift that includes weekdays from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM and weekends from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day nursing activities within the facility.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing the facility.
- Adhere to the directives of the Director of Nursing Services to maintain high-quality care.
- Exercise administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability for assigned duties.
Requirements
- Minimum Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or graduate of an approved RN program.
- Active RN License.
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related healthcare facility.
- LTC and sub-acute experience preferred.
- BLS Certification required.
