About the role
AristaCare is seeking an Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor.
Location: 1399 Chapel Ave, Cherry Hill, NJ 08002, USA
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty.
- Ensure supervision is in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
- Maintain the highest degree of quality care at all times, as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services.
- Delegated administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out assigned duties.
Requirements
- Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or graduate of an approved RN program.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related health care facility.
- Minimum 12 months training experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
