About the role
Nurse Supervisor (RN) responsible for the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty.
Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing the facility.
- Ensure compliance with the Director of Nursing Services' requirements to maintain high-quality care.
- Delegated administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability for assigned duties.
Requirements
- Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved RN program.
- Must have an active RN License.
- Must have, as a minimum, 2 years of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related health care facility.
