Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

About the role

Spring House Estates is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor in their skilled nursing neighborhood. The position is available part-time from 3pm-11pm.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of direct and indirect nursing care to the residents in our skilled nursing neighborhood.
• Prepares, reviews, and coordinates nursing assignments and work schedules to assure attendance and makes arrangements for replacements as necessary.
• Aids the Director of Nursing in the job performance evaluation of nursing personnel.

Requirements

• Current State license as Registered Nurse (RN)
• Minimum of two years related nursing experience with increasing supervisory responsibilities
• Current or eligible for certification in CPR
• Advanced knowledge of nursing principles and physical assessment skills
