Registered Nurse RN Supervisor Alternate Weekend Night Shift

About the role

Meadowview Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse RN Supervisor to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Registered Nurse RN Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality care and services are delivered to our residents on our weekend night shift. You will supervise a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless operations and exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants to ensure quality patient care
• Provide guidance and mentorship to staff members, promoting a positive and respectful work environment
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor medication administration, treatment plans, and other patient care activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facility policies
• Lead and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes
• Document patient care activities, medications, and treatments accurately and in a timely manner

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Pennsylvania
• Prior experience as a registered nurse supervisor or in a similar leadership role preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and staff members
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
