About the Role

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct clinical patient care by assessing, planning, and implementing nursing interventions for assigned patients. They oversee staff delegation, ensure high-quality, safe, and cost-effective care, and coordinate patient management according to established standards. The RN supports the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in maintaining clinical competency, resource management, and adherence to safety protocols, including infection control and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and deliver patient care on a shift basis and at the unit level.
• Supervise and delegate to staff, ensuring appropriate care delivery.
• Coordinate patient care within prescribed medical regimes.
• Perform hospital incident command system roles during emergencies and understand emergency codes.
• Fulfill all related duties as required.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
• Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice nursing.
• CPR certification.

Qualifications

Preferred: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in nursing.
