About the role

Provides and coordinates advanced nursing care in a non-acute specialty ambulatory, medical office, clinic or urgent care setting in accordance with the State Board of Nursing, Nurse Practice Act, professional standards of care, state regulations, accreditation standards and Prisma Health’s philosophy, policies and procedures. Located at Patewood Outpt Ctr/Med Offices Facility, Peds Dev-Patewood, Peds Dev-Patewood-Practice Operations.

• Provides direct nursing care within established policies, procedures, and protocols and in accordance with regulatory scope of practice and Board of Nursing in the state in which work is performed.
• Provides advanced patient care based upon individualized plan of care including patient's physical, emotional, cultural, spiritual, psychosocial, and educational needs.
