Registered Nurse RN - Senior LIFE Reading

About the role

Our RNs work as an extension of our Clinic Team but with the autonomy and flexibility of providing that care in the home and community settings. We serve the senior population of Reading and a limited surrounding area so you won’t spend all of your time in a car. You will be doing what you do best in providing the care to enable our participants to live their best lives exactly where they most want to be - at home!

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive healthcare services to seniors in their homes and communities.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with participants, their families, and fellow team members.
• Adhere to the highest clinical standards to ensure participant and staff well-being.
• Work collaboratively with the Senior LIFE Clinic Team to provide seamless care.
• Enjoy Full-Time Monday- Friday, Daylight Flexibility in scheduling and remote hours.
• Minimal On Call Rotation.
• Technology to keep you mobile.

Requirements

• Hold a current RN license.
• Valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Experience in home care or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
