About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) - Rehabilitation to provide compassionate inpatient care in an Oklahoma City hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Receiving admissions and transfers
- Conducting initial and ongoing patient assessments
- Documenting care accurately using EPIC
- Interpreting assessment data, labs, and telemetry
- Transcribing and processing medical orders
- Counseling patients and families
Qualifications
- Valid State RN license
- BLS certification at hire
Preferred qualifications
- BSN or enrollment in a BSN program
- Clinical experience
