About the role
Registered Nurse (RN) - Rehabilitation position.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct clinical patient care
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized care for assigned patients
- Supervise staff delegated care
- Coordinate patient care using a multidisciplinary approach
- Develop and modify care plans
- Deliver nursing interventions aligned with medical plans
- Accurately document all patient information
- Perform specialty procedures as needed
- Support quality, safety, and resource management to ensure high standards of care
The role's responsibilities are focused solely on patient care, staff supervision, and ensuring high-quality nursing services.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current RN licensure
- Certifications including BLS (required upon hire), ACLS, CPI, PALS, and NRP (all required within 3 months for relevant departments)
- Preferred candidates hold an academic nursing degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
