About the role
Select Medical is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Rehabilitation for a nursing job in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Responsibilities
- Direct assigned nursing personnel, serving as a resource person and consultant.
- Provide and oversee nursing care, implement hospital and departmental philosophy and objectives.
- Maintain approved standards of patient care, collaborate with appropriate persons for continuity of care under the guidance of the Chief Nursing Officer.
- Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
- Promote continuous quality improvement.
- Instruct and counsel patients/families.
Requirements
- Valid State RN License is required.
- BLS is required at hire.
- Certified ACLS required within first 6 months of hire/promotion into Nursing Supervisor position.
- Two or more years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
- One or more years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- CRRN preferred.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualifications: Valid State RN License is required. BLS is required at hire.
- Preferred qualifications: Certified ACLS required within first 6 months of hire/promotion into Nursing Supervisor position.
