About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Rehab Unit Manager to oversee all supervisory duties within the unit, establish and implement policies, mentor nurses, and ensure quality care standards.
Responsibilities
- reviewing resident records
- monitoring care
- addressing resident and family concerns
- representing the unit to upper management
Qualifications
- valid State RN License
- preferably 3 years of Long Term Care experience
- 2 years as a Charge Nurse, with cardiac expertise
- strong computer skills
- excellent communication abilities
