RN Unit Manager - Rehab Unit

About the Role

Oversee nursing services on a designated unit within a 132-bed long-term care and skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate resident care from admission to discharge.
• Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, interdisciplinary team members, supervisors, and staff to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Utilize independent judgment, initiative, and problem-solving skills to ensure quality clinical results.
• Ensure smooth unit operation and effective communication among team members.

Requirements

• Strong leadership and management abilities in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to make independent clinical judgments and solve problems effectively.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.

Schedule

Full-time position on a day shift, working Monday through Friday, with every 5th weekend on duty.

Pay

Compensation ranges from $42.00 to $46.00 per hour.
