About the role
Join the Family and Internal Medicine team at MaineHealth Medical Health Center as a full-time, 36‑hour team member in a collaborative practice dedicated to providing exceptional primary care close to home. You'll work alongside experienced providers, nurses, and support staff caring for patients across all stages of life, from preventive care and chronic disease management to patient education and care coordination. Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality ambulatory care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Perform a wide variety of patient care services to assist physicians and advanced practice practitioners.
- Deliver preventive care and chronic disease management.
- Provide patient education and care coordination.
- Help patients achieve health goals and navigate their healthcare journey.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).
- Current applicable state license as a Registered Professional Nurse.
- Current BLS certification (or obtain within 30 days of start date).
- Minimum one year of recent RN experience.

Pay
The base pay range for this position is $34.35 to $46.46 per hour.
Schedule
Monday – Thursday: 7:30 am – 6:00 pm; Friday: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm (full‑time, 36‑hour schedule).
