Responsibilities

• Manage and provide nursing care for a group of patients
• Delegate and evaluate care activities
• Monitor patient progress and prepare patients for discharge
• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with physicians and support team members
• Ensure effective communication and teamwork
• Participate in shared decision-making and report to senior management

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• RN licensure in Michigan
• American Heart Association BLS certification
• Preferred BSN
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaborative skills
