About the role
Full-time, night shift Registered Nurse position in the Rapid Admission Unit. Eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $16,000 and relocation assistance.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care based on standards for patients with diverse diagnoses.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, especially during crisis situations.
- Serve as a team leader during patient emergencies.
- Function as a staff RN in ICU, ED, or other high-acuity areas when needed.
- Assist with patient admission and discharge to ensure smooth flow.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree or Nursing Diploma.
- Valid NM Nursing license or NM compact license (within 90 days).
- BLS certification within 14 days of hire or transfer, prior to direct patient care.
- ACLS and PALS certifications preferred.
Qualifications
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and 1 year of experience.
