About the role
Join our team as a full-time, night shift Registered Nurse in the Rapid Admission Unit, providing professional nursing care to patients with various diagnoses.
Responsibilities
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, potentially managing crisis situations.
- Serving as a team leader during emergencies.
- Functioning as a staff RN in ICU, ED, or other designated areas during high acuity or crisis events.
- Assisting with patient admission and discharge processes to optimize flow.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree or Nursing Diploma.
- Valid NM Nursing license or NM compact license.
- BLS certification within 14 days of hire, with ACLS and PALS preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- One year of experience.
